I make my art to express my thoughts and emotions in someway that is visually appealing. It's a way for me to communicate what I would otherwise struggle to express another way. It's something not just to fill my time but something I enjoy doing no matter how frustrating the process is.
The inspiration for a lot of my work is attributed to things that affect me and my life, through family or I can all of sudden be inspired by a feather floating on the wind, or reading a poem or watching a show on the television. My artwork to me is an extension of myself and everything I am. It fills me with pleasure, sorrow, hope and loss. To get these into the image is difficult and more than often fails, but sometimes I get some gems.

My work explores the relationship between the emotional memories, Jungian archetypes and multimedia experiences.

With influences as diverse as Kierkegaard and John Lennon, new synergies are manufactured from both opaque and transparent meanings.

With influences as diverse as Wittgenstein and Miles Davis, new variations are manufactured from both constructed and discovered layers.

Ever since I was a pre-adolescent I have been fascinated by the theoretical limits of the universe. What starts out as yearning soon becomes manipulated into a dialectic of temptation, leaving only a sense of decadence and the unlikelihood of a new beginning.

As shifting derivatives become reconfigured through frantic and critical practice, the viewer is left with a testament to the darkness of our world.
